Charming atmosphere with a boutique hotel feel.

My experience at Espero Royal Stay was incredibly disappointing. The room we booked was classified as a so-called 'Junior Suite' but felt cramped and outdated. Not to mention, the stairs were exhaustive, and I expected better accessibility for the price we paid. I will not be returning.

The private hot tub on our terrace and the exceptional breakfast choices made our stay memorable, along with the warm interactions with the attentive staff.

However, the breakfast pre-order system left much to be desired. On two occasions, we faced unavailable items we had chosen the night before, which felt frustrating. The fixed dining times made it tough for those lazy mornings when you just want to linger a bit longer. Maintaining consistent availability of requested breakfast items should surely be a priority. Beyond that, while the service had its highlights, it was sometimes inconsistent with wait times. Overall, I truly appreciated the intimate feel of the hotel and the effort made by the staff to accommodate our requests.

For dads, it would be great to have elevators for easier access with kids.
